What entry opportunities does a media agency offer?

We offer a variety of entry points – from apprenticeships and dual study programs to our specially developed Digital College Trainee Program. For graduates and early-career professionals without a specific trainee track, there are numerous junior positions in areas such as Digital Buying, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic Advertising.

How does the application process work

We’re excited to receive your application via the Omnicom Media Group’s central online portal. Once your application arrives, we review your documents and will get back to you within two weeks at the latest.

You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email immediately. If relevant, we may forward your application to other departments. If everything fits, we’ll invite you to a first interview. The rest of the interview process depends on the role, is usually conducted online, and may include multiple interviews as well as a case study. If all goes well, you’ll first receive a verbal job offer, followed by the final contract for signing.

How can I prepare for an interview with you?

Take a close look at our website and social media channels. Depending on the role, refresh your professional knowledge – whether it’s media planning and buying, client consulting, or technical areas like ad tech and tracking. Use concrete examples from your past experience to show how you’ve tackled challenges and achieved results. It’s equally important to prepare your own questions to demonstrate your interest in the role and the agency.

Above all, be yourself in the conversation – that’s the best way to make an impression and find the role that truly fits you.
